Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once payment has been processed, no returns or refunds will be issued. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted to our print-on-demand publisher for processing. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Discounts for Groups and Bulk Orders
We are pleased to offer discounts for homeschool groups, co-ops, schools, and churches placing bulk orders.
Group Discounts: Groups may apply for a discount code specific to their organization. Codes are issued at our discretion and are intended for use only by members of the approved group.
Bulk Orders: Schools and churches purchasing larger quantities may request invoicing and bulk pricing.
To request a group discount or bulk order invoice, please provide the following information:
Name of your group, co-op, school, or church
Number of families/students participating
Curriculum titles and quantities you intend to order
Contact person’s name and email address
We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to accept or deny applications at our discretion. Approved groups will receive discount codes or invoices directly.
Discount Code Disclaimer
Only one discount or promotion may be applied per order. Multiple discount codes may not be combined. If more than one code is entered, we will honor the highest-value discount available.
Education Savings Accounts & School Choice Funding
We are happy to provide invoices for families using Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) or School Choice funding. However, customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their state’s ESA or School Choice program requirements.
If a reimbursement request is denied by your state program, we will not cancel or refund an order that is already in progress or has been submitted to the printer. All purchases remain final.
Book Orders & Print-on-Demand
We do not maintain stock or inventory of books. All book orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand publisher.
Orders are placed directly with the publisher once your payment is complete.
Typical delivery time is 7–14 business days, though shipping times may vary depending on the publisher’s workload and carrier delays.
Licensing & Usage Policy
Each family, co-op, or group must purchase their own copy of the curriculum. Materials may not be shared, duplicated, or distributed outside of the purchasing household or approved group order. Children within the same household may share a purchased curriculum, but materials may not be shared across households or organizations.
